To make a complaint, follow the steps below:

1. Send complaint request

Please write an email to shop@myboat.pl explaining your complaint.

2.Sending back the product

When making a complaint, please send back the product with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

According to the current law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us

In the case of a successful complaint, MyBoat.pl store will refund cost for products only, costs of shipment are not being considers as part of Returns & Refund process.
